Note: An official delegation can comprise of not less than three (3) entrepreneurs as members and one (1) leader.
Official Delegations can avail the following facilities :
- Platinum access pass which includes accommodation at the official hotels with breakfast & free WIFI for 3 nights and 4 days during the period of the conference.
- Invites to all special sessions, conference lunches and dinners.
- Airport transfers and local transportation, to and fro conference venue.
- Services of the International Trade Desk of India SME Forum, free of cost, for the purposes of setting up B2B meetings, business matching, due diligence services & reports on upto 3 Indian enterprises, outlines on sectoral opportunities and white papers.
- A3 size panel space for posters and table space for catalogue display.
- Delegation leaders can avail a free of cost, suitable independent transport vehicle with chauffer, for the purposes of transportation of his/her delegation for the duration of the conference.
- Selected members of the delegation will be invited to speak at the conference as well as avail a slot of 20 mins for the pitch session.
- Delegation leaders will be presented with the “Friend of India” citation by the dignitaries, in the valedictory ceremony.
